After numerous poor experiences with multiple primary care physicians, i am glad i decided to go see Dr. Hartsfield. He actually listened when i discussed my family medical history, which was huge for me, after my poor experiences with other physicians. His friendly, laid-back manner instantly put me at ease. He and his staff never make me feel like they are trying to get me in and out as fast as possible, they always return my phone calls when i have a question or concern, and they generally seem like nice, caring people. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new physician.
