First car had a flat tire when I drove off property. Waited two hours for service to come change it. Took it back to the airport at 10 pm and they couldn't find my confirmed replacement. Second car was terrible too, sounded two quarts low on oil. Then I needed to extend by a day and they wanted to charge $143. Customer service phone center must be based in India because I couldn't understand the completely unhelpful phone support rep. The whole thing is assinine.
