Pilates Plus

I really enjoy taking class at Pilates Plus. I'm only in Southern Florida for a few weeks a few times a year but wanted to maintain my pilates practice. Every instructor I had was fabulous! Traci, Kim, and Diane were great pilates instructors that gave excellent cueing and guidance to get the most out of each lesson. Tammy gave a wonderful barre class that had my butt hurting for days. Definitely recommend and will be coming back the next time I'm in town.
