I called around several title companies. Precision title was priced well and close to my apartment. So I chose to go with them.
I dealt with Sacha. He is the best. What shocked me the most is most businesses close at 5pm. This guy works all the time. He was taking calls and texts at 7pm. He is open 7days a week. I believe he really loves what he does because he lives it all day.
When selling a condo it feels you have to pay a little to everybody. He is the one the person. I was happy to pay.
I highly recommend precision title. Even if you find someone that is a little cheaper. Go with these guys. Their customer service is outstanding and they proved to be very knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed.
