Promenade at Mayport Apartments

Pros: maintenance staff was awesome- we never had to wait longer than a day for anything to be fixed, front office was responsive to needs, pool area is really nice, not a lot of noise heard from neighboring apartments. Cons: park is pretty terrible, the fire department is around the corner so you hear a lot of sirens, traffic from the base sucks, in-unit washer and dryer were small and old.
