Publix Super Market at Homestead Towne Square

I am currently waiting in a third line at this store...i am a frequent Publix shopper, but this location needs some help and development with customer service. I cannot say that my shopping experience has been a pleasure. I had several orders placed and they weren't helpful and really seemed not to care or want my business, I have worked in customer service my whole life and I never post negative reviews, because everyone can have a bad day, but my overall experience with the 5 associates that helped me was awful.. And that's including management.
