RCI Flooring

RCI previously completed a $10k+ job for me however when they were contacted again for a much smaller job, there did not seem to be much interest. A week after measurements were taken I called to ask when the estimate would be forrhcoming and was very nicely told by Dianna how busy they were. Understandable. I called again several days later and spoke with another individual who explained a number of their employees were out sick. Again, understandable however, a call or email explaining situation and/or timeline would have been appreciated. Small jobs may not be the highest priority for these folks.
