Resortquest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

We were extremely disappointed by ResortQuest Wyndham's unwillingness to allow us to make any changes or adjustments to our reservations when Hurricane Irma landed in Florida. We called numerous times prior to the hurricane and were treated in a very patronizing way. It was clear that they did not care about their customers. I will never again book with this group and recommend that others not book with them. Also, we were disappointed in the condominium we booked through them. The unit definitely did not look nearly as nice in reality as it did in the pictures on line! Very misleading.
