I arrived at this garage at 2:25 PM on a Friday afternoon to do volunteer work at the Delray Affair. I parked on the top floor of this garage. When I went to pay the parking fee at the machine downstairs, it said that there was no fee before 4 P.M. I left, then arrived back at 6:15 P.M. right after a ticket was written for parking in a valet spot. There was no valet there when I arrived. There were markings for valet spots, but they were on the opposite wall. Although I had photographic evidence of when I parked (my license plate with date, time and location information) the city denied my appeal and I paid the $35 + $3 handling fee. Even if you arrive within the hours that they prescribe and follow the instructions on the City of Delray Beach website, you risk getting a ticket.
