Absolutely fantastic experience with this duo. I had pain in my shoulder for years and after a session with Stephanie, it was instant relief! I also wanted to try yoga and Justin was an amazing instructor. Both Stephanie and Justin provide such attention to detail in their work. This is a special place. I 100% recommend Roots 2 Wellness to anybody seeking these services!
