If you love your car continue reading this review. I bought my 2015 Mustang from Sawgrass Ford and have had it serviced at this dealership since day one. I take pride in keeping my car in looking & running great, and as such I am picky about having it returned to me in that same condition after a service visit. Jess Horn is, and has been, my service advisor for about 2 years now. He is absolutely the ONLY person I would leave my car with at this dealership. His attention to detail is incomparable and he’s exceptionally familiar with Ford vehicles. Jess takes the time to explain what the car needs, what it will cost and how long it will take for the repair. He is fair, tells it as it is and doesn’t try to up-sell me. Although most service visits are completed quickly and without incident, my car recently sustained a minor scratch to one of its door panels. I get it, accidents happen, but the way Jess Horn handled the situation exceeded my expectations. I notified him of the damage after I took the car home and sent him some pictures of the door panel. He immediately ordered me a new door panel, called me when it arrived, set me up with a loaner and got the car repaired right. The process was effortless and completely painless. Jess Horn works at the Quick Lane department of Sawgrass Ford and is an asset to the company.
