This store epitomizes exactly why Sears is failing nationally. Walk-in, two people in line. Takes 20 minutes to check out and on top of that, it cost two and a half times what the same stuff would cost at a discount store. I'm not talking about something unusual, I'm talking about a pack of socks,. I watched two employees walked by twice during that time. Just standing around and shooting the breeze. There was only one register in the entire store open. I called one of them over and asked if I could speed up the check out because the lady in front of me couldn't figure out all the promotions that the cashier was having to recite off to her. I'm sure that's a requirement by corporate. It seems like every couple months or some big news about Sears closing 100 stores nationwide. Why can they not figure this out?
