Used to bring my car here for oil changes when I had moved down to Florida and didn't have any of my tools with me. Decided to go back a couple times more just because the service was usually alright and the convenience. Not sure what changed but one time I was getting my car serviced I walked in behind the man who had done my oil change making some backhanded, curse-filled remarks about my vehicle to the other workers on hand; I brushed that off and thought of it as just a fluke. Just a few days ago I took my car to the shop for just an oil change. In their "courtesy testing" of all my fluids a different worker noticed my coolant was a little brown, concluded that it *must* be a broken head gasket, and refused to service my car. One peek at the oil dipstick would've shown zero coolant in the engine and disproved the notion of a broken head gasket (You'd think an auto center would've known to check that). Drove to Wal-mart and did my own oil change for less than half the price, and flushed my radiator. From now on I will be doing all fluid changes on my car on my own. Not sure what happened to this location as it used to be alright.
