Awful Experience...the waitress was clueless...she had to be fresh out of training, the food took over an hour, then it was COLD...they completely forgot one person's meal. Then they brought the wrong thing 30 minutes later. The soda was flat, and the ice tasted like someone spilled Iced Tea on it...Appetizer plates were stacked up on our table for 30 minutes and no one would pick them up. I'm telling you...for a minute there I thought we were being Punked..I couldn't believe we would have this many issues in one sitting to eat...The manager was nice enough to take almost 100 dollars off our bill...and honestly...that was never our goal!
We just wanted them to improve for everyone else because the Service was truly Unacceptable!!!
