Silver Star Car Wash

Called to make an appointment was told to make sure my car isn't to dirty or else I'll get charged extra. I told the lady isn't that the point of a car wash, instead of answering my question she hung up the phone. I can't complain about the car wash because I never got a chance to get one but if it's anything like there costumer service I'd pass.
