Outstanding customer service and workmanship. Period. I, myself, MANY years ago... Lol... was very much into car audio. Custom sub boxes, amp racks, multiple amp setups, etc. Although no expert, I was pretty handy with the carpentry and wiring needed for many custom trunk installs. But this was decades ago. Lol. Over the years I've always had a nice sounding system but due to career, busy life, etc. I just never can find the time to do the "custom" stuff I once used to enjoy decades ago. WHICH BRINGS ME TO SNS AUTO! I decided to take the plunge & after much research and visits to other shops, I came across SNS. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brian who quickly showed his vast knowledge in the custom car audio field. I had two amps and one sub already installed and asked that he "dress it up". I was quite specific and detailed on the "look" that I wanted. Flush mounted amps, new custom sub box, plexiglass windows, a few lights, etc. In a VERY small trunk space... AND still be able to access the spare tire. Even with my past experience, I'm not sure I could have pulled that off. Lol. But Brian carefully took note of every idea and detail I suggested. He provided detailed knowledge and feedback on every aspect of the install. He then provided a detailed quote for all work to be done. Always courteous throughout. The entire staff's customer service skills, along with Brian's vast knowledge, immediately sold me. They were able to have me in the very next day to start install. During install, staff was always good about keeping me updated on progress... And had it done in a very short time. The finished product is just amazing! Every detail I asked, they were able to incorporate. And it sounds AMAZING. Bottom line... Quality customer service with quality work. They will be my go-to for all my future upgrades! Thank you SNS!
