Sonic Drive-In

Food was good. Service okay. Slushy and milkshake was amazing though! I didn't wait longer than expected and the server was polite if not friendly. I would definitely go back. Honestly, could have been better but not bad either.

I came to Sonic after my son's doctors appointment. He was running a fever over 102, wasn't eating and I talked him into a slushie. I arrived at Sonic at 3:48pm and waited until 4:02 before someone answered me for my order. THE MANAGER SAID THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE 2-4 SPECIAL, WAS SORRY BUT ONLY HAD 1 PERSON TAKING ORDERS!!!! I requested the manager after I was finally able to put in an order. Hint: MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THE RED BUTTON AFTER YOU PUSH IT, IT DOES NOT STAY ON!!! Anyways the manager came out, said she couldn't honor the 2-4 Special, I asked why should I have to pay for them being understaffed?? I advised I have worked for sonic she wanted to go title for tat therefore when asked an intelligent question she says...Have a nice day and walks off. I am extremely disappointed with this Sonic. I am local and yet willing to drive 5 to 10 extra miles to avoid this Sonic which used to be a good place for me and the kids. Management should be looked at here and their driving customers away!!!
