I waited nine months for my appointment and signed my medical report record release in advance. The office called me the same day of my appointment to cancelled my appointment. I offered them to pick up my medical records and give the documents to them the same day, but that wasn’t an option for them. Instead (1) the secretary gave me an appointment 10 weeks later and (2) to call each Friday to see if they have any cancellation. Why they didn’t call me before to ask for the medical records? Why she didn’t accept the medical records that I could pick up and gave to her the same day? Because the medical records needs to be over there last Friday. And that was Good Friday, so I’m pretty sure that the office was close. Bad management and customer service....
