Space Coast Orthopedics has the rudest office staff (Sara). I called on 10-11-17 to make an appointment via referral, from CCH after falling and breaking both wrists. After Sara was finished reaming me out for the audacity of calling them, when they weren't the office on call. I was in alot of pain and not in the mood for the lecture, and put up a little defense of my own. Then she told me if I continued to talk to her in this tone, she was hanging up. I asked her if to tell me who was on call, and she obliged me with the information. She did refer my call to Dr. Teurlings, and they phoned me back on 10-13-17, to advise me it would be best to make and appointment with Dr. O'Brien! This was 2 pain breaks that required a plate and screws in both wrists!
