Angelo Nieves was amazing and very professional. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They have affordable deals for the penny pincher. I have been a Sprint customer for a long time. By, far the best customer service at the Margate location.

I came into this store today to get my mother's phone activated and ended up leaving as a customer myself. Angelo was more than helpful to me. His customer service skills are amazing. He was knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and even missed his lunch break to make sure I was taken care of. Even after I left, i called him with questions and he was more than happy to answer them. Not only thatt, everyone else in the store were also helpful. Offered me a chair to sit and water and treats. I had an overall excellent experience here today.

I've been meaning to write a review for this location. Frustrated walking in, I was promptly greeted by Angelo who then assisted me. I was having issues with Verizon wireless bill and wanting to switch over to Sprint for my family. He let me know about the current promos and which deal I should go for based on my needs. I'm not too tech savvy and I don't need the best and newest phone, I expressed that to Angelo which showed me some great phones. What I like about Angelo is, besides his professionalism is, he wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive phones he was wanting me to get a phone that was right for ME. If i need to go back to this location I am calling ahead to make sure he is working so I know i can get the level of service that was received when I originally visited this store. Side note- I'm a frugal and hesitant shopper so normally when some sales person tries to get me to add some thing my ears shut off. I did leave with a phone case and some additional accessories. Glad i did!
