The worst I have ever been to. Slow. Slow. Slow. Touching face, taking money and then making drinks?! It took an average 9 minutes to get one drink. And orders are WRONG!! 12 minutes for a hot tea and a scone. And there were 8 employees there. Including the manager who kept distracting and talking to the employees in the middle of the orders. Instead- go down the wing that has gates 10-19. There is a coffee shop!!
