Steak 'n Shake

Place has really changed. We got here at 3:45 and are still waiting for a server at 4:11, she just got here. 4:34 the food arrived but still have no silverware or milkshakes. 4:37 we got our silverware and the fries are cold. On the plus side, the white truffle Prime steak burger was great, hot and juicy. Still no milkshakes. Milkshakes finally arrive 4:45 when we were ready to leave. Server said she had to make the shakes herself because they had no one on shakes. No one in this place is smiling, people waiting 15+ minutes to be seated or cashed out. Servers are yelling cash, really one of the poorest dining experiences ever at one of my favorite restaurants. I would say they were set up to fail. Our server was obviously in upset and so were the others. Only saw a manager one time in the dinning room in an hour and a half.
