I can go to Walmart and never leave the access road..66st is busy at times,,easy access to convince store..Bryan Dairy and Winn Dixie or Ulmerton Rd.. Reasonable Rent most homes are resident owned and better taken care of.Current rent is $450 + water & sew.. mines $20 but I use their washers (new) and dryers.
