Had an appointment this morning to have my car towed between 8-9 am to my mechanics shop. Called office at 830 am to verify someone was still coming out. The dispatch "lady" (Barbara or Brenda) was unprofessional. She told me that they would check their schedule and if they did not have any AAA calls they maybe able to come out some time today. I explained to her that I have to leave for work. I told her that was not what we were told yesterday. I told her we will call another tow truck company and she stated, "BYE-BYE, SEE YA!" Real professional!
