Sebastián has absolutely terrible customer service. My mother went into the store with an issue and from what I understood she left the store without having the issue resolved and when I called the store to see what the original situation was and was transferred to Sebastián he basically dismissed the problem saying "well what do you want me to do" and almost hanging up the phone on me! Amanda on the other hand was helpful but if you want good customer service do not deal with Sebastian.
