AT&T Store

Probably one of the most disappointing experiences ever. Went there 2 weeks ago to open a new account. Spent over an hour with Alex the manager. At the end he said he didn’t have our phones in stock. He said he ordered them & would call us when they’re in & he’ll call us. He never called but we called & then stopped in. It was like we never were in there before. They didn’t deliver on any of the agreement. If it wasn’t so painful I’d go to Verizon.
