I was at Taco Bell a little while ago and one of the attendants was super rude didn't greet nor asked if I needed sauce with my order didn't give me my drink I had to remind her, and all my tacos were soaked in grease barely able to hold in my hand without a grease bath! As a fast food restaurant worker my number one priority are my customers, the employees in your establishment need better training, your night shift staff can afford a lesson on proper etiquette and treatment of customers. As it is because of the public that the restaurant maintains itself and provides employment to the team members at your location! I suggest another orientation course for your night shift including your Manager as she is unable to make decisions without fear of some sort...
