The best time to reach a live person is in the morning! I too was frustrated with the difficulty of getting through the phones. Someone needs to step up and solve the problem with their phones and having to deal with the answering service 90% of the time.
I rated the office 4 star because of the staff. Dr. Juan Velasquez was very kind and thorough! Aimee Pantaleon was very encouraging and good with communicating the results with my daughter of her labs & tests. Melissa was very helpful with making sure that all t's were crossed an i's were dotted. I suggest communicating VIA EMAIL. Alex was professional and consistent with her care.
