Todd is incredible. He is meticulous to say the least. I had split some food in my car which left a horrible smell. Even after I attempted to scrub the carpets 5 times the smell was still there. Todd came and removed all the plastic guards in my minivan so he could get to all the interior carpet and they look amazing; he also used an Ozone machine to ensure the smell was gone. The mats are like new and most importantly there is absolutely no smell of the spilled food. I am going to use Todd exclusively now. He is dedicated and insists on only the highest deliverable. You will not be disappointed!
