The service department in at this dealership is full of male chauvinist!! They take advantage of women and charge them for services NOT needed. For proof one of our daughters took her car in for a power steering issue on her car, the person she spoke to told her she need a whole new steering column, which was $500 and labor would be about $400!! She called her father who is a Certified Master Mechanic in Texas. After just a little searching he found that that particular vehicle has a recall on the power steering motor (this vehicle does not have a power steering pump) when her father called the service department they said they "ran a diagnostic on it and it was the steering column" and "that he knew the problem because he has 3 years experience" well not to drone on but we told her to go get her car, pay the fee for the diagnostic, which they charged her over $300 for because they had already ordered the steering column with out approval,and we would come get it and bring it to Texas where were a better dealership said they would honor the recall. Once we got the car to Texas had, her father, with over 30 years experience took at look at it, cleaned the terminals on the motor hooked everything up and you works like a charm!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Question everything they say!!
