For the third time, today, my wife went in to pick up my dry cleaning and she was handed only 1 pair of pants of 9 suits. Further, every time I have attempted to pull my items from the after hours slot, the machine fails to recognize my information. Yet another waste of half an hour driving to this crappy franchisee's location (for the last time)

Drive the few extra miles to Tide cleaners in Naples. Service is night and day. I feel like I am bothering someone when I pull up. Often a wait, even when no other customers around. I live close and it's a shame they don't offer the same quality service.
