Got three BBQ Parfaits. Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Beef. They said that they had taken the Parfaits off the menu, but since this is their "signature" dish that people recommend Tom's BBQ for, I ordered them anyway. $10 per pop gets a take-out container of mashed potatoes with a film of Baked Beans on top and a little meat.
That meat is the source of the 1 star review. The pulled pork had 5 little chunks of meat on it. A single mouthful. Small chunks, not large chunks. Not enough to even fill up a mouth to the point of saying, "You put too much in your mouth."
The brisket had 6 chunks of meat on it, but really it was four - two of them were cartilage. Not meat with fat on it, or grisly meat, but actual cartilage.
So I really had mashed potatoes with a side of green beans for lunch with a little meat flavoring. Not a good value proposition at $10.
