If there was a negative star rating you people would get that. Can't get through on hold for hours. Asked for a call back never received that either. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your staff can not figure out where to direct your call then you wait on hold for another 1/2 hour only to be told they are transferring you back to the original place you started. REALLY??????????????
