Trinity Palms At Seven Springs

Burton Carol Management is terrible! We lived here for three years, the first year we had no problems and our renewal rate was fair. After Burton Carol took over the property things started to slip. They no longer did quarterly pest control, pool was not kept up, lake looked disgusting, and THEY DO NOT BILL YOU PROPERLY FOR YOUR WATER USAGE. They will tell you when you're signing up that you are billed by your personal usage... They are lying. The water meters in the apartments don't work and haven't for the past year. They know about the issue, yet do nothing about it. They just bill you on their "national average" which is a bunch of bull and overpriced. If you bring any issues to the Property Manager Collette, she has no idea how to solve anything. She's completely clueless and has no customer service skills at all. The apartments are decent for the price, but if you decided to move in you better hope you don't have any maintenance, pest or billing issues because they WILL NOT get solved in a timely manner.
