I was in the area on my motorcycle and noticed the clutch cable needed to be adjusted in a bad way. There was no way that I would make it back to my house to make the repair myself before ending up broke down on the side if the road. I'm very mechanically inclined and perform most of the work on my bike. What I needed was two 1/2" open end wrenches. My search for a nearby auto shop was on and I was hoping I could find a place that would let me borrow the wrenches I needed for just 5 minutes. Lucky for me I found Tuffy. The manager spoke with one of his mechanics who immediately came to my aid. He provided me with the two wrenches I needed, so I could make the clutch adjustment myself. He stayed there with me and even asked me to be careful to not scratch my gas tank. I couldn't have been more appreciative. Thank you for your help Tuffy Port Charlotte, I made it back home with no more clutch issues. I'll be in for service on my truck soon. You have earned my business with your hospitality alone.
