U-Haul Moving & Storage at Citrus Park

The GM at this store needs some fine tuning with customer service but the assistant manager Israel was great with helping me and my needs. Although it was inconvenient having to transport stuff to my upstairs without a working elevator, everything else was seamless. Israel made sure I had proper 24 hour access and was very surprised by the customer service. Will be coming back for my next move, would recommend.

Worst customer service, they don't explain how the 24 hour works and right in the middle of the storage move in , access got suspended. The GM is the worst person inhuman person. I got engorged trying to get help for nothing, now he wanted me to lose work, not feed my son , and in top of that go to the hospital.
