It is hard to describe my actual experience, since 5 days before my scheduled move by United Royal Van Lines. I even had called to confirm the move 2 days earlier and all seemed well, little did I know they decided it would soon be impossible. So the movers that assured me 3 months prior that moving from DC to Georgia on July 20th would not be a problem did not keep their word and their reason is they claim not to be running any trucks along the eastern seaboard. While I got my deposit back, it is little condolence as I am left scrambling to find an affordable replacement.
So feel free to use them, but just be wary about the so-called binding estimate may not actually be binding even after a deposit is paid.
