Terrible services. Long line 7 people & only 1 UPS. Person in front of me had a valid complaint, why did the delivery man give her a pick up slip & the receptionist say..it is not here, complain to corporate is the answer. I want to return AT&T modem that UPS has a contract with...she said INTERNET IS DOWN. How can you operate all day without internet?
