I've already put a review on here (5 stars) - but wanted to add that AFTER the sale, after we had possession of the truck, I called Joe to find out where we could get a spare wheel from (there hadn't been a spare wheel on the F150) - I was hoping he'd refer me to a used parts place - but NO, Joe said he'd get me one as part of the sale. This is AFTER we'd bought the truck, paid in full - so it wasn't like he had to do ANYTHING for us - he could have just given us the name of a place where we could buy one - but he got us one - INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! - that speaks VOLUMES about the kind of person he is - outstanding!!!!!! Best car dealer ever.
