I went into this Verizon store terribly upset because my phone wasn’t holding a charge. I’m in the airline industry and having a working phone is extremely important! A Verizon rep named Lee greeted me with the friendliest smile & attitude insisting he would take great care of my phone needs! Lee saved me money on my monthly bill & got me an upgrade on my new phone. Loving it!! Although I walked in with a negative attitude because I never like dealing with sales reps, Lee turned my frown into a smile and laughter! I left the store very happy! Thank you, thank you Lee!! You rock!!
