Emily at this Verizon store was totally awesome. Her customer service skills are at the highest level I have ever experienced. She answered all of my questions in a totally professional manner. She showed me how to use my new phone and how to download my new APPS. She assisted me with all my parts for me new phone and she got me 200 dollars back on all my old devices. She got me a case for my Tablet and updated my GMAIL. She assisted me transferring from my old phone to my new phone and in turning in old devices. She spent over 3 hours working with me and she is the BEST EVER. Thank you so much Emily
