Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales

Came into the store tonight and Joshua and Alisha (spelling?) were EXTREMELY helpful. Joshua was bouncing between customers, Alisha was multi tasking and ensuring all of my needs were met. They both helped me and my friend pick out new phones, and even called other stores to confirm inventory. Without their help, we would have left empty handed. This is what customer service should be like all of the time!!!!!! Thank you both SO much!!!!
