Absolutely the worst service ever. I placed an order for a birthday cake a day in advance, PAID FOR IT, and the pick up was at 9am. I show up at roughly 9:10am and there’s a line but I’m just here to pick up something I already paid for and I’m told I have to wait in line, not even politely but in a passive aggressive way. Sure their pastries are fine but there’s many other bakeries out there and some that definitely wouldn’t do this. Here’s the best part, the cake wasn’t even ready. Trash service.
