I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!
Salesfemale (she was NO lady!) was very rude and dismissive BOTH times I went in the store last week. I went in on Wednesday(08/30/2017) and was not acknowledged while she put on an extremely shameful display of flirting with the guy ahead of me; we were the only customers in the store. After the guy left, I was still ignored as she pretended to shift papers at the register. She finally looked at me with TOTAL DISDAIN and snarkly asked "Do you need some help?" I told her the specific item I was looking for and was given a dismissive wave to the back of the store to look for said item. I explained that I could not see very well because I didn't have my glasses and wasn't wearing my contacts and her reaction was a huge sigh as if it were going to kill her to show me the product. I told her I din't mean to be a bother and left and returned on Saturday (09/02/2017) to try again to get the product. The same woman and another sales female were chatting. THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. I walked in and was not acknowledged until I came to the counter area a THIRD time to inquire about the availability of the product. The same female was even more rude and appeared to be very upset that I was interrupting her conversation. I can't say definitively that she 's a racist, but she stated that I MUST own a credit card to order the product (even to have it shipped to the store) and then said " Do YOU own a credit card?". Needless to say, I left and will NEVER step foot in there or any other Vitamin Shoppe ever again.
