The level of incompetence at this Walgreens is astounding. Yesterday I had my doctor call in a scrip at 5 pm. I went to pick it up at 9pm. At 9pm, there were 4 people in line (there's no separate line for people picking up vs. dropping off which only adds to this location's inefficiency) with 5 people behind the counter. It took me 25 minutes to get to the front of the line. When it was finally my turn, the pharmacist let me know that no scrip had been called in for me. At this point I was pretty annoyed, obviously, and called my doctor back this morning. The doctor called the pharmacy and asked what was up and they informed her that the scrip had been called in but that they were waiting to hear back from my insurance. Why they couldn't tell me that when I was there is anyone's guess. The woman at the pharmacy spoke english so I don't know what the problem was. There is absolutely no level of professionalism so don't expect it. Everything about this location is a joke. STAY AWAY
