My home warranty company sent a work order to Watson and when I didn't hear from them I called. I was told they never received the order so I had the order resent. I called 2 more times and left messages for someone to call me. I never heard from them and to date I still haven't heard from them. In this day and age when customer service is everything Watson plumbing is seriously lacking.
