I keep seeing bad reviews and I don’t understand it! We moved in our house August of 2017. We had an issue with a leaky spot in our roof during the first rain we had when we moved in. They fixed it COMPLETELY less than a week later. No issues since. Our faucet was loose when we moved in, they fixed it, had a couple toilets that wouldn’t flush, they fixed them. I submitted a work order on Sunday for my ice maker because it’s not making ice properly. They called me today (Monday) to schedule my Wednesday appointment. They’re so quick to respond, so nice, and we love our home! We happily maintain our yard and my husband even planted some pretty flowers in the flower bed, which we gladly maintain. When my lease is up in August we will be renewing it, and even asking for a longer one if possible!

Awful customer service, extremely unprofessional. Can NEVER Get in contact with our property manager or get a call back from any one. Our home wasn't inspected prior to move in and the air was broken, these people could care less about their tenants. I will NEVER recommend this company to any one. Every single person gives you the run around and issues don't get fixed in a timely manor. Been here less than a month and already been a terrible decision. All the articles I've read and reviews have been absolutely true.
