Wells Fargo Bank

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unhelpful and rude staff that is more than willing to ignore you. Even AFTER having eligibility information verified by the home office, they STILL refused to provide services. While I was waiting I overheard many other customers complaining about the lack of service and rude staff. Save yourself the frustration and stay very far away!
