Terrible customer service. Won't answer the phone. Won't call back. Won't send an email. Met with Henrietta on August 25th to site pool and describe wants. It is now Sept. 19th and have received no feedback even after several calls. Lately I have been calling daily and received no response. Even during the day the phone goes to voice mail.
