LACK OF DILIGENCE I've read the reviews and ratings about this place prior to the arrival. Most of them are positive which makes it worth trying. I purchased a package of cleansing facial, Jessner peel and microdermabrasion. Everything was going pretty well until I was suggested to get the treatment by the esthetician to get rid of the oil glands and tighten the pores. I made an appointment with Dr. W., prior to the procedure ($200), I was told to get numbed (addtl. $25), the doctor used electric needle to basically burn the oil glands on my face. Unfortunately, I see no improvements other than just scars, pores are still there and it's even worse when more sebum has appeared around the treatment areas. I came to see her after one week for the follow-up. I was mentioning about the scars (2 big one - visible, noticeable and depressed, and other minor box scars). She said because the pores were too deep which caused the scars?! Well, I understand my skin has quite a problem; however, my expectation when I ended up seeing the doctor was to fix this problem but not to cause any damage. She then suggested to get the micro-needling or laser to resurface the scars...I left with disappointment. She did offer free CO2 laser treatment to fix this, nonetheless, I lost my trust and confidence in this place so I denied.

Dr. Khongruk Wongkittiroch and the staff at Z-ROC Dermatology are the best! I was terrified to learn that two spots on my chest had developed into cancer but the professionalism, respect and treatment afforded me by the Z-ROC team helped me through it all. I can't thank them enough!
